The Egyptian customer’s main purpose for visiting was to purchase sintered zirconia-corundum bricks and refractory silica bricks for glass kilns.
On the afternoon of the 13th, we met with our client and we visited our refractory materials factory together.
Accompanied by our senior management, the customer gave an in-depth tour of our three main workshops: the raw material workshop, the production workshop, and the finished product workshop.
In addition, we also gave our customer a special tour of the casting process for sintered zirconia corundum bricks. Our customers highly praised our advanced production equipment, standardized management processes, and strong technological innovation capabilities.
On the morning of the 14th, we met with our customer again to discuss the details of the cooperation.
The customer indicated that he needed us to design and build a detailed plan for his glass furnace.
In the following period, our kiln design team and the client engaged in in-depth discussions. First, we understood the client’s detailed needs and requirements. Next, we quickly produced a draft kiln design for the client. Afterwards, both parties further discussed and revised the design.
