.Recently, Ruitailianxin’s kiln construction team, bringing its professional expertise, traveled to Pakistan to undertake a rotary kiln construction project.
At the beginning of the month, high-alumina bricks and corundum bricks purchased from our factory by our Pakistani client arrived in Pakistan. At the client’s invitation, our kiln construction team went to Pakistan to build the rotary kiln. The team made thorough preparations, equipping themselves with professional construction equipment and protective materials, laying the foundation for the smooth progress of the project. Upon arrival at the project site, the team, leveraging its rich construction experience, quickly carried out preliminary work. Such as site surveying and foundation layout, efficiently promoting the project’s implementation.
During construction, the team strictly adhered to international engineering standards, upholding the principles of “meticulous workmanship and quality first,” implementing full-process quality control for key processes. Such as kiln body welding and support roller installation. For technical challenges such as equipment debugging and precision control in high-temperature environments, key technical personnel led a task force to efficiently achieve technical breakthroughs; simultaneously, they actively shared construction experience, systematically guiding local workers in participating in the construction, achieving technical exchange and mutual benefit.
Currently, the project has successfully entered the core component installation phase. Our construction team is steadily advancing all aspects of the work with a professional and meticulous attitude.
