In October 2025, Ruitai Lianxin partnered with a Pakistani company. The client wanted to build a high-performance rotary kiln system and ordered a batch of high-quality refractory bricks and monolithic refractory materials from our factory.
Leveraging our extensive experience in kiln engineering and international project delivery, Ruitai Lianxin provided the client with a complete solution.
Simultaneously, at the client’s request, we dispatched professionals to Pakistan at the end of the year to assist with kiln construction.
The refractory materials arrived in Pakistan at the end of December.
In early January 2026, Ruitai Lianxin’s engineers departed for Pakistan to begin construction of the rotary kiln project.
1. Construction challenges
The initial construction phase was not without its challenges.
Although the entire project had been meticulously planned through numerous meetings before installation, carrying out installation work in a foreign country was not without its challenges.
Firstly, there was the working environment. The construction site differed slightly from the team’s previous work environments, requiring the technical team to quickly adapt to the local environment and adjust the construction plan accordingly.
Secondly, there was the language challenge. Language barriers inevitably led to differences in communication. This requires our technical team to maintain greater patience and clear communication.
Of course, despite the constant challenges, the Ruitai Lianxin team, with its professional expertise, has maintained steady progress on the project.
2. Orderly installation
The first step was the installation of the kiln body. Under the guidance of engineers, the kiln body was connected one by one. During this process, engineers closely observed the condition of each part and proposed adjustments as needed to ensure smooth installation.
3. Refractory brick installation
Besides the kiln body installation, another crucial step was the installation of the refractory lining.
Before construction began, engineers inspected the internal surface of the kiln body to ensure it was clean. They also explained the installation process and precautions to the construction workers in detail.
The installation of kiln bricks is extremely meticulous. Each brick needs to be carefully positioned and tightly fitted to form a stable lining structure.
In addition, engineers need to closely monitor and ensure strict control of expansion joints and lining thickness. These details are crucial factors in ensuring the safe expansion of the refractory material during high-temperature operation.
After the refractory lining construction was completed, the Ruitai Lianxin team conducted a final inspection. With the completion of the refractory material installation, the rotary kiln is one step closer to the commissioning phase.
This project spanned the Chinese New Year, and our technical staff, representing Ruitai Lianxin, extended New Year’s greetings to our overseas clients from abroad.
